Can I keep my current domain?

Yes. SamitMail works with the domain you already own — you just add a few DNS records we give you. Your website stays where it is.

Will I lose my old emails?

No. We copy your existing mail from cPanel, Gmail or any IMAP server into SamitMail, folder by folder, while you keep working.

Where do I log in?

Open in any browser and sign in with your full email address and password. You can also use the mobile app or Outlook.

Does it work with Outlook and my phone?

Yes. Use the SamitMail app, or add your mailbox to Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or your phone's mail app using IMAP and SMTP.

Where is my mail stored?

On our dedicated mail storage servers in Bangladesh. Every message is saved before we accept it and checked for damage every night.

Is the AI assistant reading all my mail?

No. The assistant only sees the text you ask it to work on, and attachments are never sent to it. You can use SamitMail without ever touching the AI.

Can I send newsletters or bulk mail?

Mailboxes are for everyday business mail. For newsletters and bulk campaigns we offer a separate sending service — ask us and we'll set it up properly.

Can I add or remove mailboxes later?

Any time. Add a new colleague in seconds, and remove mailboxes you no longer need from your admin screen.
